TL;DR

Account Executive - USA (East Coast) (SaaS Sales): Drive the full sales cycle with mid-market customers and support Enterprise team by managing outbound prospecting, conducting customer research, and driving revenue growth. Focus on qualifying leads via cold calling and outreach, building prospect relationships, and navigating complex B2B sales processes in geospatial technology and digital twins for utilities.

Location: New York; Georgia; Massachusetts; New Jersey; North Carolina (USA East Coast, requires current and unrestricted US working rights, no visa sponsorship)

Salary: $80K–$120K + commission + equity

We use advanced machine learning to create engineering-grade, physics-enabled digital twins of electricity grids across four continents, helping utilities simulate extreme weather, pinpoint risks, and optimize investments for resilient energy infrastructure.

What you will do

  • Qualify potential clients through outbound efforts including cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to research accounts, prepare presentations, RFPs, and handle follow-ups
  • Build relationships by investigating business needs and articulating the value of hirify.global’s solutions
  • Manage outbound prospecting, follow up on leads, and conduct cold outreach
  • Leverage sales methodologies to qualify leads, identify stakeholders, and navigate complex sales processes
  • Collaborate with sales team to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 3-6 years full sales cycle experience
  • Current and unrestricted US working rights (no visa sponsorship)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client rapport
  • Experience in SaaS sales and subscription-based models
  • Knowledge of B2B sales strategies and building business relationships
  • Proficiency in sales prospecting and cold calling to generate and close deals

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with geospatial technology, GIS, Digital Twin, and LiDAR applications
