Location: Remote. Available in the United States (except DE, NV, OH, OR, HI, NM, WV) and internationally.
Salary: $130,000 – $176,000 OTE

What you will do
- Develop comprehensive partnership strategies to negotiate renewals and drive favorable commercial outcomes.
- Lead executive-level partner management, establish governance, and set account activation/revenue targets.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate partner feedback into operational and product improvements.
- Analyze partner performance using BI tools and present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Execute product cross-sell and up-sell strategies for existing partners.
- Serve as an expert consultant to partners, leveraging cross-functional resources to drive their business growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, account management, or business development within e-commerce, marketplaces, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing technology partner integrations and contract negotiations.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, Looker, or other Business Intelligence tools.
- Technical orientation with a solid understanding of APIs.
- Ability to work remotely from the US (excluding specific states) or internationally.

- Deep understanding of marketplace or e-commerce platform vertical needs.
- Familiarity with shipping and logistics industry.
- Experience working in a dynamic startup environment.
