TL;DR

Strategic Partnerships Manager (E-commerce): Leading executive-level partner management and driving cross-functional programs to achieve strong commercial outcomes for a global shipping infrastructure. Location: Remote. Available in the United States (except DE, NV, OH, OR, HI, NM, WV) and internationally.

Salary: $130,000 – $176,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Develop comprehensive partnership strategies to negotiate renewals and drive favorable commercial outcomes.
  • Lead executive-level partner management, establish governance, and set account activation/revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with product teams to translate partner feedback into operational and product improvements.
  • Analyze partner performance using BI tools and present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Execute product cross-sell and up-sell strategies for existing partners.
  • Serve as an expert consultant to partners, leveraging cross-functional resources to drive their business growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, account management, or business development within e-commerce, marketplaces, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of managing technology partner integrations and contract negotiations.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, Looker, or other Business Intelligence tools.
  • Technical orientation with a solid understanding of APIs.
  • Ability to work remotely from the US (excluding specific states) or internationally.

Nice to have

  • Deep understanding of marketplace or e-commerce platform vertical needs.
  • Familiarity with shipping and logistics industry.
  • Experience working in a dynamic startup environment.
