Salary: $35 - $50 per hour

What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison for key partners to facilitate the execution of client partnership agreements.
• Manage all components of client sponsorships, including booths, thought leadership sessions, and recruitment activities.
• Develop account strategies and execution plans with a focus on goals and performance metrics to ensure measurable ROI.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand campaign scope, KPIs, and identify renewal or upsell opportunities.
• Utilize Asana and Slack to keep accounts organized and implement process improvements to streamline operations.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work at least 50% in alignment with Pacific Time Zone.
• 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles and client portfolio management.
• 5+ years of experience in meetings, events, and enterprise-level client/sponsor management.
• 2+ years of experience managing people either directly or cross-functionally.
• BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
