What you will do
- Oversee enterprise reference data governance and logical data modeling.
- Integrate TRDM reference data into the Enterprise Logical Data Model (ELDM) to ensure standards alignment.
- Maintain data integrity, security, and usability across classified (SIPRNet) and unclassified (NIPRNet) environments.
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to develop predictive algorithms for operational KPIs.
- Support Requirements Review Board (RRB) processes and develop Data Change Requests (DCRs).
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or four additional years of related experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data architecture.
- IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE) is required.
- Proficiency in translating functional requirements into logical and physical data models using tools like Erwin.
- Must be eligible for E-Verify and meet US federal contracting requirements.
- Experience defining and enforcing metadata standards and naming conventions.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications in AWS, Azure, or Oracle Database/Cloud Infrastructure.
- Familiarity with DoD Data Governance Frameworks and USTRANSCOM Data Management policies.
- Expertise in data integration for logistics, command and control (C2), and transportation domains.
- Experience synchronizing data between NIPR and SIPR networks.
