What you will do

• Oversee enterprise reference data governance and logical data modeling.
• Integrate TRDM reference data into the Enterprise Logical Data Model (ELDM) to ensure standards alignment.
• Maintain data integrity, security, and usability across classified (SIPRNet) and unclassified (NIPRNet) environments.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to develop predictive algorithms for operational KPIs.
• Support Requirements Review Board (RRB) processes and develop Data Change Requests (DCRs).

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or four additional years of related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data architecture.
• IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE) is required.
• Proficiency in translating functional requirements into logical and physical data models using tools like Erwin.
• Must be eligible for E-Verify and meet US federal contracting requirements.
• Experience defining and enforcing metadata standards and naming conventions.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications in AWS, Azure, or Oracle Database/Cloud Infrastructure.
• Familiarity with DoD Data Governance Frameworks and USTRANSCOM Data Management policies.
• Expertise in data integration for logistics, command and control (C2), and transportation domains.
• Experience synchronizing data between NIPR and SIPR networks.
