What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary teams of data scientists and engineers to build and maintain data products.
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines, data lakes, and data meshes.
• Collaborate with strategy, product, and non-technical management teams to align technical solutions.
• Ensure all architectures follow security and performance best practices.
• Develop and maintain detailed design documentation for diverse client subject matter domains.
• Create proof of concepts and code complex technical mechanisms.

Requirements

• Solid experience in architecture design and technical leadership.
• Expertise in deploying data products using Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Proficiency with Data Platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks.
• Experience with orchestration tools like Microsoft Data Factory or Apache Airflow.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, MLOps pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• English: Advanced/Fluent required

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Data Governance principles.
• Familiarity with Clean Architecture, Clean Coding, and Design Patterns.
• Understanding of non-functional requirements, including GDPR and security privacy.
