Salary: $149,600 — $383,000 USD (depending on geographic zone)

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery sessions to assess customer environments and identify architectural improvements using hirify.global technologies.
• Develop high-level and detailed solution architectures, low-level design documents, and reference frameworks to standardize deployments.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with Project Managers and stakeholders.
• Lead hands-on implementation of hirify.global solutions across on-prem, cloud, and Kasten deployments.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight for partner-driven implementations to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies in containers, security, and hybrid cloud to enhance solution architectures.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in solution architecture or technical leadership within large enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in data protection, backup & recovery, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container security.
• Proficiency in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong knowledge of networking, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST), and IT governance.
• Certifications: AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, VMware VCP, or CISSP.

Nice to have

• TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification.
• hirify.global VMCE certification.
• Experience with automation and scripting using PowerShell or Python.
• Strong database administration skills.
