Location: Remote (US), excluding Delaware, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Hawaii, New Mexico, and West Virginia
Salary: $110,000 – $149,000 per year

What you will do
- Own and deepen relationships with key domestic and international carrier partners to ensure long-term alignment.
- Lead strategic planning, roadmap discussions, and high-stakes conversations with external executives.
- Drive complex initiatives such as new service launches, contract expansions, and performance turnarounds.
- Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales teams to resolve systemic issues and improve merchant experience.
- Develop scalable processes, documentation, and tooling for carrier management workflows.
- Monitor carrier KPIs and proactively drive measurable improvements in service quality.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in carrier partnerships, strategic account management, or partner operations.
- Proven success in managing complex external partnerships and delivering business impact.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from conception through implementation.
- Comfortable engaging in technical discussions regarding APIs, integrations, and platform performance.
- Strong analytical and operational rigor with the ability to diagnose root causes and define KPIs.
Nice to have
- Direct experience working with parcel carriers, 3PLs, or postal/logistics networks.
- Experience with carrier scorecards or complex contract structures.
- Background working in a high-growth startup environment.
