Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 OTE

What you will do
- Act as the primary advisor for high-value data customers, leveraging knowledge of identity compliance and verification data.
- Lead the technical integration process for customers using REST-based APIs.
- Develop and standardize cross-functional workflows between Support, Professional Services, and Success.
- Manage the full commercial lifecycle, including negotiating renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Resolve technical support tickets and facilitate escalations to the Development team.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable requests for the Product team to improve product-market fit.
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS Customer Success managing enterprise-level accounts.
- Direct experience in Professional Background Verification, Identity Compliance, or Workforce Credentialing.
- Familiarity with high-stakes sensitive data and regulatory standards like FCRA or NCQA.
- Experience launching or scaling a new product line as a founding CSM.
- Ability to troubleshoot APIs and communicate technical risks to C-suite stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CS platforms (Gainsight) and CRMs (HubSpot).
