What you will do
- Lead end-to-end customer onboardings and expansion implementations within a Pod-based structure.
- Utilize AI-driven tools like Config Newton to automate configuration tasks and focus on high-value creative solution design.
- Act as a strategic consultant to solve upstream business problems and prevent churn.
- Design and build "sticky" Risk Cloud applications to drive long-term adoption and reduce technical debt.
- Collaborate with Engagement Managers and Pod Leaders to ensure project health and success.
- Provide consultative advisory to executive-level stakeholders to translate business problems into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software implementations, consulting, or project management, ideally in high-growth SaaS.
- 2+ years of experience within the GRC industry or related fields.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong proficiency with generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT).
- Advanced technical knowledge in Excel and ability to quickly master no-code configuration platforms.
- Proven ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously while engaging with executive stakeholders.
