Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 USD

What you will do

• Define, develop, and execute strategy for managing high-complexity SaaS implementations.
• Oversee execution of multiple customer implementations, ensuring on-time, on-scope, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, product, and customer teams on technical scopes and initiatives.
• Lead risk management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement in processes and tools.
• Mentor team members, provide strategic guidance to customers, and handle escalated issues.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and best practices for standardization.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing high-complexity SaaS implementations, multi-product integrations, and enterprise projects.
• Proven track record handling multiple concurrent projects with high customer satisfaction.
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, scope definition, risk assessment, and resource planning.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills for executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Suite) and CRM (Salesforce).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field; ability to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications.
• Deep industry knowledge of trends, best practices, and compliance for SaaS.
