What you will do

• Own team utilization, capacity planning, and margin performance.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Implementation Specialists across Senior, Mid, and Junior tiers.
• Enforce the "1406 Way of Working," including Readiness Gates and Definition of Done.
• Identify and eliminate recurring delivery friction to build and refine scalable processes.
• Act as the primary escalation path for delivery-level issues to protect leadership time.
• Track and report on delivery metrics, including on-time delivery, budget adherence, and CSAT/PSAT.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing a delivery or professional services team, ideally in consulting/agency environments.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and hold a team accountable for performance.
• Experience owning utilization, capacity planning, and delivery margin performance.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM and implementation patterns.
• Must be based in the USA (confirmed by 401k and US health insurance benefits).
• Clear and direct communication style.

Nice to have

• Experience in a HubSpot Partner or CRM consulting environment.
• Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or similar frameworks.
• HubSpot certifications.
