What you will do

• Manage project delivery for large enterprise customers, focusing on scope, quality, and MVP planning.
• Establish success metrics and maintain relationships with executive sponsors and stakeholders.
• Translate client requirements into actionable build plans in collaboration with internal teams.
• Triage customer escalations and mitigate risks through contingency planning.
• Manage project financials, including budgets, utilization, and margins.
• Identify new sales opportunities during execution and collaborate on SOWs and proposals.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of client-facing implementation or consulting experience.
• Proven record of managing enterprise-scale projects for Fortune 500 companies.
• Experience leading multi-workstream projects and enterprise software deployments.
• Proficiency in project management software, Jira, Salesforce, and Google Suite.
• Must be based in the US
