What you will do

• Refine partner delivery assurance programs, including readiness assessments, coaching, and QA reviews.
• Collaborate with Technical Enablement to ensure compliance with certification prerequisites.
• Define and measure standards for successful partner delivery in coordination with Professional Services and Solutions Engineering.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for partners, troubleshooting blockers and reviewing configurations.
• Shadow early partner projects to ensure best practices are applied and expectations are met.
• Build tools, templates, and technical resources to scale partner success and improve delivery standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or professional services.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure monitoring, observability, or IT operations tools.
• Experience guiding technical users through product setup, configuration, or troubleshooting.
• Ability to provide technical feedback on dashboards, alert routing, and platform configurations.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without requiring sponsorship.
• Must be based in or near Austin, TX.
