What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of major NetSuite clients, ensuring business needs align with cloud solutions.
• Drive successful delivery of current engagements and identify adjacent opportunities for growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants, and Solution Architects.
• Advise clients on NetSuite best practices, optimization, and leading practices.
• Serve as the primary communication link between customers and internal delivery teams.
• Resolve client issues and perform risk mitigation to maintain engagement health.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an engagement or project manager within ERP technology or management consulting.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite (Financials, Supply Chain, CRM, or SuiteSuccess).
• Must be based in the US.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building at all levels.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting or selling cloud-based ERP or business applications (e.g., Oracle Cloud, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Acumatica).
