Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of consultants for ERP implementations, fostering high-performance culture.
- Ensure high-quality implementations driving customer adoption and business outcomes.
- Drive performance against key metrics like utilization, realization, revenue, margins, and CSAT.
- Oversee scoping, estimating, staffing, and delivery for fixed-fee and T&M engagements.
- Improve processes to reduce time-to-value and enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Operations for seamless delivery and adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of consulting experience within B2B software
- 2+ years leading and mentoring consulting or delivery teams
- Strong understanding of Professional Services metrics (utilization, realization, margin, backlog, CSAT).
- Experience managing complex software implementation projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP implementations in government contracting or project-based businesses.
- Background in Finance & Accounting systems, CRM, Asset Management, Inventory, or Manufacturing.
- Experience with resource planning, capacity management, and scaling services in SaaS.
