What you will do

• Own end-to-end implementations: create plans, timelines, manage scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication from kickoff to go-live.
• Run discovery sessions to understand clinical/operational needs, data migration, integrations; translate into actionable plans.
• Design and deliver workflows/configurations aligned to best practices; guide adoption and ensure end-user usability.
• Handle plugin/extensibility via SDK/API: generate keys, troubleshoot, translate workflows into solutions; learn AI tools for plugin development.
• Lead post-go-live stabilization, transition to support; identify improvements and coordinate with internal Product/Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Implementation experience in healthcare SaaS, EHR/EMR, practice management, billing, payer connectivity, or adjacent health tech.
• Strong project management: scoping, milestones, RAID logs, stakeholder communication.
• Technical fluency in system design, APIs, data models, SDKs; ability to discuss and troubleshoot technically while communicating plainly.
• Hypothesis-driven problem-solving for ambiguous challenges; collaborate with engineering/product on complex issues.
• Comfort in fast-paced environments: run meetings, drive decisions, handle go-live planning and launch support.

Nice to have

• Experience training clinical staff and creating enablement materials.
• Familiarity with data migration concepts.
