What you will do

• Create and execute business strategies for the expansion of existing captive programs.
• Establish and maintain long-term agency relationships to ensure continuous growth.
• Communicate the value proposition of captive participation to new and existing agencies.
• Review new business submissions and underwriting data to develop quotes with partners.
• Deliver professional presentations to various audiences, including peers and leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in commercial lines, specifically Property & Casualty.
• Must be based in Las Vegas, Nevada or the surrounding area.
• Proven ability and drive to foster and develop new agency relationships.
• Capacity for travel based on the candidate's home office location.
• Strong problem-solving skills and accuracy in work performance.
