What you will do

• Create and execute business strategies to expand existing captive programs.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with insurance agencies to ensure continuous growth.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of captive participation to clients.
• Review new business submissions and underwriting data to develop quotes with carrier and vendor partners.
• Deliver formal and informal presentations to peers, leaders, and external partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven commercial lines experience in Property & Casualty (P&C).
• Must be based in a Southeast US state.
• Established commercial broker relationships are strongly preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel (percentage dependent on home office location).
• Strong problem-solving skills and drive to foster new agency relationships.
