What you will do
- Create and execute business strategies to expand existing captive programs.
- Establish long-term agency relationships with a focus on continuous growth.
- Communicate the value proposition and benefits of captive participation.
- Review new business submissions and underwriting data to develop quotes with partners.
- Deliver presentations to peers, leaders, and clients in various formal and informal settings.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven commercial lines experience in Property & Casualty (P&C).
- Must be based in Idaho or a surrounding state.
- Established commercial broker relationships are strongly preferred.
- Ability and drive to foster new agency relationships and solve problems.
- Availability to travel depending on the location of the home office.
