TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Leading early-stage relationships with prospective customers and driving pipeline growth with an accent on inbound lead management and outbound prospecting. Focus on conducting discovery conversations, building strategic insights, and collaborating with Account Executives to achieve collective sales goals.

Location: Must be based in Austin, Texas (Hybrid: 3 days in-office required).

What you will do

  • Manage inbound leads and execute outbound prospecting initiatives.
  • Conduct discovery conversations with prospective customers and target accounts.
  • Build detailed insights and strategy through research, preparation, and performance tracking.
  • Foster growth-focused relationships internally across teams and partners.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to drive ROI on events and digital campaigns.
  • Partner with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth and achieve collective goals.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Demonstrable strength in English communication (phone and written).
  • Experience working in a professional office environment.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Experience in SaaS sales or marketing.
