Assistant Vice President (P&C)

TL;DR

Assistant Vice President (P&C): Working with new and existing insurance agencies to educate on and deliver group captive products with an accent on business strategy execution and long-term relationship building. Focus on reviewing submissions to develop quotes, communicating value propositions, and delivering presentations in various settings.

Remote position located in Arizona. Travel required; percentage dependent on location of candidate’s home office.

What you will do

• Create and execute business strategies for expansion of existing captive programs.
• Establish long-term agency relationships and ensure continuous growth of programs.
• Effectively communicate captive participation and value propositions.
• Review new business submissions and underwriting data to develop quotes with partners.
• Deliver presentations in formal, one-on-one, small/large group settings with peers and leaders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven commercial lines experience in Property & Casualty.
• Ability and drive to foster new agency relationships.
• Perform work accurately with strong problem-solving skills.
• Desire to learn and grow in a dynamic team.
• Located in Arizona for remote position.
• Travel required.
