What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Proactively source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and creative outreach campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing and internal collaboration.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate performance and identify hiring patterns.
• Optimize hiring workflows, candidate journeys, and implement recruitment best practices.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify team needs and define role requirements.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in fast-paced product companies, agencies, or consultancies.
• Proven success in full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical domains.
• Experience optimizing hiring workflows and leveraging automation tools.
• Strong sourcing creativity and ability to find talent beyond LinkedIn.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on recruitment metrics.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced level.
• Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Prague or Warsaw.
