What you will do
- Act as the single point of accountability for operational KPI data integrity and implement governance controls.
- Translate operational needs into clear BI and dashboard specifications, validating calculations and data sources.
- Analyze inventory performance across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to identify drivers of excess and instability.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses into end-to-end processes to identify and fix root weaknesses causing KPI misses.
- Support S&OP governance by ensuring planning data is decision-ready and aligned with KPI targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience in operational excellence, supply chain analytics, or manufacturing performance management.
- Strong working knowledge of KPI governance frameworks, S&OP processes, and root cause analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills for extracting, cleaning, and structuring data from disconnected systems.
- Must be based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Nice to have
- Experience working in a Lean/Six Sigma environment.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP/MES systems and project management approaches.
