What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives and category plans aligned with company objectives.
• Lead sourcing activities for raw materials and external suppliers to support New Product Development (NPD).
• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, quality, delivery, and lead times to maximize commercial benefit.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers and manage associated contracts.
• Identify and implement new suppliers to generate cost savings and improve supply resilience.
• Analyze market conditions, capacity, and delivery trends to prepare market analysis reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong skills in negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Sales.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and data analysis tools.
• English: B2 level minimum (written and verbal proficiency).
• Location: Must be able to maintain at least 3 hours of overlap with U.S. Central Time.

• Professional certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or CPM.
