What you will do

• Monitor supplier performance, including on-time delivery, fill rates, and lead time compliance.
• Implement cost optimization strategies through direct sourcing, volume consolidation, and renegotiation.
• Maintain and optimize procurement processes and tools for efficiency and scalability.
• Translate demand plans into updated supplier-facing forecasts on an agreed cadence.
• Analyze procurement data and commodity reports to generate insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, and CAPEX teams to align procurement with business goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably within the food industry.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Science, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Experience using Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models and data-driven decision-making.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite.
• Strong communication skills for independent project leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
