What you will do

• Arrange monthly factory production schedules in accordance with master demand planning.
• Perform production capacity analysis to balance lines at supplier factories.
• Deploy and distribute weekly and daily production orders to suppliers, ensuring material availability.
• Monitor actual vs. planned production output and report variances to the NA supply team.
• Organize and lead weekly production planning meetings to review order implementation.
• Collaborate with master planners to meet customer delivery targets and forecast demand increases.

Requirements

• 6+ years of production planning experience within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in ERP applications, with a strong preference for Oracle.
• Proven experience in capacity analysis and planning.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• College degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Location: Must be based in Vietnam.
