What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end customer order lifecycle management, including order entry, fulfillment, invoicing, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee data integrity across ERP, CRM, EDI, and eCommerce platforms to ensure accurate pricing and synchronization.
  • Manage operational workflows, including onboarding, product allocation, supply prioritization, and demand planning.
  • Handle customer complaints, returns, refunds, and sample requests.
  • Supervise and develop a customer service team serving 1,000+ accounts and multi-brand portfolios.
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, finance, and IT to improve process efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of customer service leadership and people management experience in manufacturing, retail, or distribution.
  • Proven experience managing ERP systems (Epicor preferred), CRM platforms, and EDI workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and manufacturing supply chain operations.
