VP of Global Ecosystem Partners (AI): Scaling hirify.global’s strategic partner ecosystem across ISVs and payment platforms with an accent on revenue growth, joint GTM execution, and cloud marketplace acceleration. Focus on driving partner-sourced revenue, building structured sales plays, and managing hyperscaler relationships with Azure, GCP, and AWS.

hirify.global is an AI-first commerce platform building proprietary LLMs to transform retail and brand engagement across the customer journey.

What you will do

  • Own and expand strategic partnerships globally across ISVs and major technology ecosystems.
  • Operationalize joint GTM initiatives, co-marketing plans, activation calendars, and marketplace growth.
  • Deliver partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets in enterprise retail, CPG, and hospitality sectors.
  • Develop structured sales plays, including solution briefs, pitch decks, and demo flows for field teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and GTM teams to align partner solutions with customer needs and accelerate multi-party commercial alignment.
  • Manage partner agreements, co-sell program compliance, and marketplace requirements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel leadership within SaaS, AI, cloud, or enterprise tech.
  • Proven track record with hyperscalers (Azure, GCP, AWS), GSIs (Accenture, PwC, Deloitte), or major retail/payment ISVs.
  • Strong understanding of cloud marketplaces, consumption models, and partner incentive structures.
  • Experience with enterprise retail, ecommerce, consumer brands, or AI/ML solutions.
  • Executive presence and strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Must be based in London (On-site).

  • 5+ years of top-tier management consulting experience.
