What you will do

  • Define and execute EMEA partnerships strategy aligned with global objectives, prioritizing system integrators, resellers, BPOs, and tech partners
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue through deal execution, co-selling, and account integration with sales teams
  • Lead high-value partnership negotiations, market entry opportunities, and executive relationships in EMEA
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to influence roadmap, GTM initiatives, and deployments
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events and provide regional insights on market dynamics and ecosystem shifts

Requirements

  • 15+ years in partnerships, business development, alliances, or enterprise sales in SaaS/AI/enterprise software
  • Proven track record of personally sourcing, structuring, and closing revenue-driving partnerships
  • Experience as senior individual contributor with high ownership in fast-growing companies
  • Strong knowledge of partner-led GTM models (system integrators, resellers, co-sell) and EMEA enterprise markets
  • Ability to engage C-level executives and operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
