What you will do

• Deliver high-impact onboarding for new SMB and mid-market customers to ensure a quick path to value.
• Drive product adoption at scale using data to identify and engage users.
• Own account health by tracking usage and detecting risks for high-touch and scaled engagements.
• Solve customer problems quickly in coordination with technical teams.
• Design and refine a scalable approach to Customer Success that can support thousands of users.
• Champion the customer voice by surfacing trends to collaborate with Product and Sales on the roadmap.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Sales, Consultancy, or RevOps.
• Fluency and innate curiosity regarding AI tools and their application in workflows.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to guide customers through AI transformation.
• Experience in revenue-driving positions with an understanding of hitting targets and fast pace.
• Experimental mindset with a willingness to iterate and fail quickly.
• Must be based in London for a hybrid work arrangement.
