What you will do

• Lead qualitative and quantitative research, including stakeholder interviews and user surveys, to uncover organizational goals.
• Design and facilitate collaborative workshops and deep-dive sessions to align cross-functional stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Perform competitive landscape analysis to identify market gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
• Synthesize inputs from SEO, UX, technical architecture, and content strategy into a coherent digital transformation narrative.
• Author final strategy reports and deliver high-stakes presentations to senior leadership.
• Develop actionable product roadmaps that drive large-scale digital transformations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in management or technology consulting in a client-facing professional services environment.
• Proven track record of interfacing directly with and influencing C-level executives and senior leadership.
• Experience designing and leading at least three high-stakes strategy workshops (e.g., Visioning sessions, Design Sprints).
• Background in a client-facing agency or consulting firm.
• Experience working with large-scale digital products or enterprise-level web platforms.
• Ability to travel occasionally (approx. 15-25%) to customer sites for workshops and presentations.
