What you will do

• Lead and manage billable advisory engagements to deliver performance improvements in healthcare supply chains.
• Drive engagement results, manage client relationships, and oversee the development of deliverables and solutions.
• Execute and oversee complex data analyses to derive insights and draft strategic recommendations for clients.
• Mentor and develop staff, providing guidance on project execution and professional growth.
• Participate in business development activities, including RFP responses, sales calls, and statements of work.
• Manage project logistics, budgets, and profitability while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, Strategic Planning, or Decision Support Analytics.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to successful outcomes.
• Strong qualitative analysis and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate and deliver effective presentations to executive-level client audiences.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (indicated by 401k and EEO compliance)

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree.
• RN or other professional license in a clinical area of expertise.
• PMP or Lean Certification.
