What you will do
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas while prospecting new customers and closing deals in assigned territory
- Promote and demonstrate products to decision-makers, support customer training, and manage distribution partners
- Prepare business reviews, provide forecasts, and gather competitor intelligence
- Handle customer inquiries, ensure product utilization, and introduce new products
- Attend trade shows, schedule appointments, and maintain CRM (SFDC) for pipeline management
- Travel up to 50% for face-to-face meetings, presentations, and in-service demonstrations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; 5+ years of sales experience; familiarity with diagnostics marketplace
- Ability to generate sales, close business, and develop territory business plans
- Excellent communication for product demonstrations to groups
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like SFDC
- Reside in IN, IL, MI, WI, MN or IA; willing to travel up to 50%
- Operate company-provided tools (laptop, phone)
