Sales Manager (Digital Manufacturing): Lead sales and account management team driving revenue growth and customer relationships with an accent on talent development, growth strategies, and go-to-market execution. Location: Hybrid role, onsite in Maple Plain, MN (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Open only to U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents (green card holders), or refugees/asylees due to ITAR regulations. No temporary visas (E, F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, J, TN, OPT).
Salary: $95,000 - $126,600 a year

What you will do
- Lead and motivate Account Managers to meet revenue goals, KPIs, and growth targets.
- Design and execute strategies to expand wallet share, customer loyalty, and new opportunities.
- Coach, mentor, and develop sales talent through feedback and career plans.
- Partner on account plans for retention, upsell, and cross-sell.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and leadership on go-to-market strategies.
- Refine sales tools, processes, and motions to boost productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent education/experience.
- 3+ years sales account management leadership, managing quota-carrying teams.
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Collaborative mindset for fast-paced team environment.
Nice to have
- B2B manufacturing sales experience.
- Leading teams on customer retention and revenue growth.
- Quota-carrying sales rep experience.
