Location: Hybrid in Minneapolis, MN (United States)

Salary: $70,000 - $105,000 a year (base $65,000 - $70,000 USD + sales commission)

What you will do

  • Proactively identify opportunities for license expansion and cross-selling complementary products to existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including technical, practical, economic decision-makers, and procurement.
  • Conduct business reviews 6–9 months prior to renewals to assess usage and adjust licenses or product mix.
  • Validate product value, communicate ROI, and gather customer success stories for internal sharing.
  • Create quotes, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Support, and Finance teams to address needs and improve offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or related sales/retention roles
  • Strong understanding of sales cycle including quoting, contracting, and closing business
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for complex organizations
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking, and proactive approach in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, take initiative, and thrive in ambiguity
  • Quick learner of new technologies and software products
  • AI fluency appropriate to role, including responsible use of AI tools
