TL;DR
Partner Success Manager (Proptech): Managing relationships with parking facility owners and tenants to grow revenue and optimize asset performance with an accent on proactive asset management and customer satisfaction. Focus on driving revenue increases, delivering Quarterly Business Reviews, and collaborating cross-functionally to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
Location: Must be based in San Francisco or the North region of the US (DE, NJ, PA, NY, CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, ME, OH, MI, WV, IN, IL, WI, KY, MN, IA, MO). Expect ~6 weeks of travel per year for off-sites and launches.
Salary: $115K – $125K base + Equity + Bonus

What you will do
- Own relationships with a portfolio of parking facility owners and tenants as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Identify and execute opportunities to grow revenue, improve performance, and maximize returns for property owner partners.
- Manage the customer handoff from Onboarding to Regional Operations to ensure a successful long-term partnership.
- Develop and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to showcase the value and impact of the platform.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development and triage partner requests with engineering and sales teams.
- Proactively monitor customer health and troubleshoot product-related bugs or operational concerns.
Requirements
- Must reside in San Francisco or the North region of the US (DE, NJ, PA, NY, CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, ME, OH, MI, WV, IN, IL, WI, KY, MN, IA, MO).
- 3-5+ years of experience in operations, consulting, customer success, or account management.
- Background in SaaS, Real Estate, or other technology companies.
- Proven track record of managing SMB, Mid-Market, or Enterprise customer accounts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt style for diverse clients, from individual landlords to PE firms.
