Salary: $50,300 - $69,125

What you will do

• Process various client requests, including account enrollments, distributions, transfers, and estate settlements.
• Manage setup, transactions, and research for Self-Directed Brokerage plan conversions and maintenance.
• Update and maintain client account information across multiple platforms to ensure accuracy.
• Review required legal documentation for completeness before initiating processing.
• Collaborate with clearing firm representatives, brokers, and internal stakeholders to address inquiries.

Requirements

• FINRA 7 registration (Required)
• FINRA fingerprinting (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
• 1+ years of experience in brokerage services or operations.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No sponsorship available)

Nice to have

• Experience with NetX 360 or Pershing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment.
