What you will do

• Coordinate full-cycle Canadian income and indirect tax compliance for feeder funds structured as trusts and partnerships.
• Manage registration and account openings with the CRA and Revenue Quebec, handling all official correspondence.
• Oversee the monitoring and distribution of T3, T5013, T5008, and NR4 tax slips to investors.
• Collaborate with fund administrators and internal finance teams to optimize the tax payment process.
• Maintain detailed documentation for fund tax structuring and create standardized tax operations procedures.
• Manage the retrieval and tracking of essential tax documents, including K-1s and tax estimates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in fund tax and dealing with the CRA in an investment funds or asset management environment is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an evolving business environment.
• High level of organization, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
