Salary: $91,831 to $101,014 (CAD)

What you will do

  • Establish pricing during the request-for-proposal process, renewal pricing, and pricing for benefit modifications.
  • Draft financial agreements and prepare related financial reports.
  • Negotiate files with group insurance advisors and meet with market intermediaries or clients when required.
  • Participate in the ongoing training of junior and intermediate underwriters.
  • Provide technical support to other departments of the company.

Requirements

  • A post‑secondary degree in business administration, mathematics, actuarial science, statistics, or finance.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in group insurance pricing.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Excellent reasoning, judgment, and decision‑making abilities.
  • Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to work in a constantly changing environment with multiple tasks and priorities.
