Salary: $68,000β$79,000 CAD (base salary plus target bonus).

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients regarding account inquiries and service requests.
- Assist Relationship Managers in preparing customized financial presentations and investment proposals.
- Facilitate client onboarding, account opening, and maintenance while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Support portfolio management activities including account monitoring, rebalancing, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Compliance, Risk, and Tax and Estate planning to resolve client issues.
- Support business development efforts through prospecting, networking, and client engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Current work authorization for Canada is required.
- University Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment operations.
- Proficiency with MS Suite, CRM systems, and portfolio management platforms.
- Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and wealth planning concepts.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- CFA, CFP, CIM, or progress towards an industry designation.
