What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery operations by analyzing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing scalable frameworks.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to solve complex delivery challenges.
• Build reporting frameworks to monitor KPIs, track performance, and drive data-informed improvements.
• Own initiatives to reduce costs while enhancing delivery quality and speed.
• Develop standardized processes and best practices across delivery teams and drive stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years in operations, product operations, strategy, or similar roles in high-growth environments
• Strong analytical mindset to translate data into actionable insights
• Proven experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable improvements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to influence cross-functional teams
• High ownership with bias for action and ability to drive initiatives end-to-end
• Experience with KPIs, reporting tools, and performance tracking
