TL;DR

Partner Delivery Manager (SaaS/FP&A): Supporting and scaling Vena’s partner ecosystem for successful implementations with an accent on technical guidance, performance optimization, and enablement. Location: Canada - Remote (flexible: fully remote, hybrid, or full-time in Toronto office)

Salary: $123,800 - $177,963 CAD / year

What you will do

  • Act as trusted advisor to global partners, applying product knowledge and methodology to build implementation capabilities.
  • Evaluate and optimize partner performance, create plans, manage escalations, and drive delivery excellence.
  • Provide technical advisory, design reviews, configuration validation, and best-practice guidance as player/coach.
  • Maintain views of partner performance, support scoping/SOW reviews, and assess capabilities with action plans.
  • Collaborate across teams to resolve needs, deliver enablement sessions, and synthesize partner feedback for improvements.
  • Lead process improvements and strategic initiatives; travel to client sites as required.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in SaaS consulting, solution delivery, or FP&A/finance-tech implementations.
  • Proven escalation management, complex issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of Vena capabilities (modeling, workflow, reporting, integrations).
  • Experience managing projects at program/portfolio level with solution design and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, relationship-building, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in partner ecosystem support, certification programs, or channel delivery enablement.
  • Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions.
