What you will do

• Manage a team of Enterprise Implementation Consultants driving multiple concurrent projects from initiation to close.
• Partner with consultants to complete each implementation phase efficiently and on-time for client success.
• Conduct weekly status meetings with client stakeholders and executives.
• Handle client escalations professionally, developing solutions for satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with sales, data, training, and product teams to meet project timelines.
• Host weekly one-on-ones with team members for coaching, career development, and problem-solving.

Requirements

• US-based for remote work with 20-30% travel to client sites.
• 7-10 years experience in team management, client relationships, project management, SaaS implementation, or home/commercial services.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven detail-oriented management of multiple projects.
• Proactive problem-solving and exceptional relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative team player with knowledge of hirify.global functionality and industry best practices.
