TL;DR

Inside Sales Representative (CNC/3D Printing): Managing transactional sales opportunities and orders for CNC and 3D Printing service lines with an accent on opportunity progression, lead qualification, and customer retention. Focus on generating new opportunities, nurturing prospects, conducting discovery calls, and achieving sales targets through pipeline optimization and metrics tracking.

Location: Hybrid role, onsite in Maple Plain, MN on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents (green card holders), or foreign nationals granted refugee or asylee status only due to ITAR regulations. Individuals with temporary visas (e.g., E, F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, J, TN, OPT) are not eligible.

Total Cash (Base + Incentives): $65k

What you will do

  • Facilitate sales opportunities through the process, supporting design iterations and aligning with client needs.
  • Generate and nurture leads via marketing events and campaigns to build a dynamic sales pipeline.
  • Track performance metrics like call outcomes, pipeline development, deals closed, and revenue growth.
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and discovery calls to drive acquisition and retention.
  • Identify and escalate large production opportunities to sales management.
  • Maintain CRM records, handle inquiries, and communicate with internal partners.

Requirements

  • Entry-level: 0-2 years experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent sales experience.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, follow up timely, and exceed sales goals.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, with strong customer relationship skills.
