Location: Hybrid in Greater Boston Area (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays)
Salary: $40,000 annual + ~$15,000 in monthly lead bonuses

What you will do
- Generate leads and build sales pipeline via strategic account mapping, cold calling, and emailing.
- Qualify prospects based on needs, goals, and business environment.
- Coordinate with clients to improve sales strategies and qualify leads.
- Track activities in CRM (Salesforce/Hubspot) and prepare weekly reports on trends, pipeline, and highlights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (sales, business, marketing, or communications preferred)
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in competitive, goal-driven environment.
- Self-starter who contributes positively to start-up culture.
