TL;DR
Revenue Operations Enablement Specialist (SaaS): Drives development and delivery of enablement programs, content, and tools for revenue-facing teams with an accent on content creation, training videos, and performance tracking. Focus on translating technical product features into sales messaging, managing centralized content repositories, and partnering with Sales, Product, and Marketing for GTM launches.
Location: Fixed hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at HQ in Maple Plain, MN. ITAR-compliant: Only U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents (green card holders), or refugees/asylees eligible; no temporary visas (E, F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, J, TN, OPT).
Salary: $67,400 - $89,800 a year

What you will do
- Develop and update high-impact assets like pitch decks, case studies, talk tracks, email templates, and training videos.
- Own content repository (Highspot, Seismic, Confluence) including governance, auditing, tagging, and taxonomy for easy access.
- Track content usage, engagement metrics, and sales team feedback to optimize effectiveness.
- Partner with Marketing on GTM launches, communicate updates via newsletters/Slack, and deliver content across channels.
- Ensure alignment with business priorities through collaboration with Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, and Marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience with training in remote or live settings
- Previous sales training, enablement, or curriculum development experience
- Knowledge of sales process, content creation, presentations, and revenue enablement models
- Strong communication to identify stakeholder needs and propose programs
- Engaging presenter for remote, hybrid, and in-person delivery
- Proactive, adaptable mindset with strong organizational skills
- Experience in SaaS
