What you will do
- Design and deliver enablement programs for Account Executives and Sales Engineers focused on new logo acquisition across multiple GTM motions.
- Build and support the channel sales motion, from onboarding new sellers through full-scale upskilling.
- Translate GTM strategy and product positioning into practical sales narratives, discovery frameworks, and solution guidance.
- Create playbooks, messaging frameworks, and discovery guides to support the entire sales cycle.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales Engineering to simplify complex offerings into clear customer value narratives.
- Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives based on data and pipeline insights.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, or training supporting B2B sales teams.
- Must be based remotely in the UK, Ireland, or the US East Coast.
- Experience supporting or selling in a channel motion.
- Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and new logo acquisition strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment while balancing multiple priorities.
Nice to have
- Prior experience as an Account Executive, Sales Engineer, or Sales Manager.
- Experience enabling teams in SaaS, cloud, or multi-product technology environments.
- Familiarity with LMS tools, call coaching platforms, and CRM systems.
