Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year + 10% variable compensation

What you will do
- Design and execute enablement strategies including onboarding, continuous learning, and needs assessments aligned with GTM priorities.
- Drive performance using sales analytics like win rates, sales velocity, and pipeline acceleration to improve programs.
- Champion AI and automation integration into GTM processes and identify productivity-enhancing tools.
- Create sales collateral, playbooks, training materials, and presentations for value proposition and product launches.
- Deliver workshops, webinars, and coaching on sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and Challenger.
- Manage RevTech stack (Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, etc.) and lead cross-functional projects with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years in Sales, Revenue, or Enablement roles in B2B SaaS.
- Proven success in enablement programs driving pipeline growth and productivity.
- Expertise with GTM tools: Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, WorkRamp, Outreach.io, Chilipiper, LeanData.
- Deep knowledge of sales frameworks like MEDDPICC and Challenger.
- Strong project management, analytical, communication, and influence skills.
- Self-starter thriving in fast-paced environments with focus on innovation and AI.
