What you will do
- Facilitate virtual and live instructor-led courses for the sales organization.
- Design, build, and lead the internal sales onboarding program.
- Create and maintain sales learning curriculum and content, including SCORM compliant courses.
- Manage and maintain courses within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure sellers have the assets and education for go-to-market strategies.
- Develop tools and programs to grow capacity and drive sales revenue.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the Sales or Sales Enablement domain.
- 5+ years B2C sales and/or sales training experience in a multi-national organization.
- Proven experience building onboarding programs and managing LMS content.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for in-person training.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
