What you will do

  • Facilitate virtual and live instructor-led courses for the sales organization.
  • Design, build, and lead the internal sales onboarding program.
  • Create and maintain sales learning curriculum and content, including SCORM compliant courses.
  • Manage and maintain courses within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure sellers have the assets and education for go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop tools and programs to grow capacity and drive sales revenue.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the Sales or Sales Enablement domain.
  • 5+ years B2C sales and/or sales training experience in a multi-national organization.
  • Proven experience building onboarding programs and managing LMS content.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for in-person training.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
