What you will do
- Design scalable onboarding programs, including structured 30/60/90 day plans and success metrics.
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), specifically Highspot, to build learning paths and certifications.
- Lead core onboarding sessions covering NPO personas, tech stack, and sales stage overviews.
- Coordinate enablement calendaring and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to manage onboarding cohorts.
- Maintain a centralized source of truth for all enablement content and product updates.
- Track and analyze onboarding effectiveness and its impact on revenue metrics like conversion and velocity.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in Revenue/Sales Enablement or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with LMS administration, specifically Highspot.
- Must be based in the US.
- Strong skills in program management, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and general revenue technology stacks.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to measure the impact of enablement programs.
